Our parish council meets every other month on the third Thursday of the month at Spencer excluding July and August, we hold open meetings.  Agenda items should be sent to naliewer@archomaha.org or contact a member of the council agenda committe to have your item included .

The Finance Committee meets every other month on the thiry Thursday of the month at the Parish Office in Butte during the months of February, April, June, October & December
